The Plone Package Installer handles the installation of products into Plone.
This may later include downloading stuff from the web and so on, but not in the
first iteration. Our first iteration is an attempt to do the following:

- provide a gui interface via XController or other interface

- provide a command line interface

- query installed Plone products

- backup products before installation

- install a new product

- remove a product

A PLIP needs to be written for integrating this into Plone.
