LDAPUserFolderExt

    * adds support of GroupUserFolder

This is a modified version of the LDAPUserFolderExt. The 0.3 Version can be
found at
   http://zope.org/Members/fafhrd/LDAPUserFolderExt

This Version is alpha and requires the LDAPUserFolder 2.4 beta2 from
   http://www.dataflake.org/software/ldapuserfolder/ldapuserfolder_2.4beta2

This version tries to incorporate various patches floating around ... It
modifies
the  GroupUserFolder and MembershipTool on startup.


  - search within LDAP if possible
  - use LDAP Groups as GRUF groups
  - getuser can return all LDAP users. This can take a while. Tested
    with more than 1000 users. Some products display all users in one table.
    This can take minutes.
